Church is community. Healing, fellowship, and growth happen in community. Church is not a spectator sport. Church is for participation. Second Baptist invites you to connect with God and one another in deep and lasting ways.
Church is for all ages—worship, pray, fellowship, and serve together to build a faith that lasts.
Church is for all stages—having and raising kids, being a teenager, marriage or divorce, aging parents and so much more. You will have friends who pray for you and love you through the highs and the lows.
Church gives us purpose—being rooted in God’s Word and His church, gives us our identity and our calling.

Children's Church
Jesus said, “Let the children come to me.” Our children’s ministry provides a vibrant, nurturing environment where kids from Newborn to 6th grade can learn about Jesus' love through engaging activities, Bible stories, and fun games from caring adults. Safety and spiritual growth are our priorities, ensuring a welcoming space for all children.
Activities:
Sunday School, Children's Church, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and special events.
Amplify Youth
Decisions made at this age can last a lifetime. Our youth ministry empowers students from 7th to 12th grade to build their faith and friendships in a wholesome environment. Through Bible studies, mission trips, fellowship, and service projects—teens grow in their relationship with Jesus, and impact the world around them.
Activities:
Sunday and Wednesday gatherings, Falls Creek camp, youth-led services, and community outreach.
Adult Ministries
We offer a wide (seriously wide) range of opportunities for men and women to be involved. Going beyond Small Groups and Sunday School classes, we encourage adults at every stage of life to keep growing in their faith through fellowship and service to others. Life is just more fun when we do.
Opportunities: Monthly Men's Breakfast, Ladies Teatime, Bible studies, retreats, and mission projects.
Music Ministry
Come and make a joyful noise. Worship provides an outlet for expressing faith through song. Participate in our choir, instrumental ensembles, or worship team, and help lead our congregation in praise to the Lord.
Opportunities: Choir, worship band, special musical events, and holiday performances.
